Most websites are ready within 2 to 5 business days after we receive the required business information, content, access, and approval. Additional pages, integrations, or revision rounds may extend the timeline.
No. Patrick writes the content based on your intake call. You provide the information about your business — your services, hours, service areas, FAQs, and what makes you different — and the copy is written for you. You review and request changes before launch.
Yes. If you already have a domain, we connect your new site to it at no charge. If you need one, we purchase it for you at pass-through cost with no markup. Domain renewals in later years are billed the same way, at actual cost with no markup. You own the domain and keep it if you ever leave.
Your monthly fee keeps the site live and running — including hosting, maintenance, uptime monitoring, and two minor change requests per month. If something within the Repliant Arc website build stops working, we fix it. Third-party services, customer-added code, and major new functionality may require separate work.
The Landing Page package gives you one professionally built, conversion-focused page. The Full Business Website provides a complete online presence with dedicated pages for your services, company information, contact details, and another page based on your business needs. Ashley Chat may be added to either package — see the AI Chat page for current pricing.
Service terms and renewal details are confirmed before purchase. Optional services, additional pages, domain renewals, taxes, and third-party costs are billed separately.
You own your business information, approved written content, logo, customer-provided materials, and your domain. Repliant Arc retains ownership of its underlying systems, templates, code libraries, chat framework, and proprietary processes. If you cancel, monthly hosting and maintenance end and the site comes offline. Domain and content transfer options are explained before purchase and in your service agreement. Setup fees cover completed configuration work and are not refundable once the build has started.
Each unique webpage counts as one page. Sections within a single page — a services list, an about block, a contact form — do not count separately. Additional pages may be added at any time for $20 per page per month.
You review the completed site before launch. Your setup includes two revision rounds so we can address requested corrections and finalize the design before you approve it. After launch, your monthly plan includes two minor change requests per month.
